Under the foreign license conversion system, there are cases where a driver may obtain a license without sufficient confirmation of both theory and practical skills.
In fact, nationwide traffic accidents and serious accidents include cases involving foreign drivers, and the number of such accidents is on the rise.
At our driving school, we provide thorough support in both theoretical knowledge and driving skills, aiming for successful license acquisition accompanied by strong safety awareness and proper driving competence.

    We provide consultation for skill practice tailored to your exam date.

    The practice required for the driving skills test varies depending on each individual’s situation and level of preparation. At our school, we propose a reasonable training plan that takes your test schedule into account. Together, we will consider “what should be prepared for the test” and support you so that you can approach the exam with confidence.

    Submit application documents at Fuchu Examination Center

    Take the aptitude test at Fuchu (vision test, color vision test, etc.)

    After passing the aptitude test, you will make a reservation for the knowledge test. If you are not confident about the knowledge test, or if you have taken it but did not pass, please apply for the Foreign License Conversion Theory Course at Haijima Driving School.

  3. 03

    Knowledge test of traffic rules（written test）

    After passing the knowledge test, you will make a reservation for the driving skills test. If you are not confident about the driving skills test, or if you fail and wish to practice, please apply for the Foreign License Conversion Driving Practice at Haijima Driving School.
    （※50 questions, must answer at least 45 correctly）

    Confirmation of Driving Skills
    (Skill test at the Fuchu Driver’s License Examination Course)

    Obtain a Japanese driver’s license

About Supplementary Practice Lessons
If you fail the conversion test for the first time・・・We provide one supplementary lesson free of charge.
From the second supplementary lesson onward・・・A fee of 11,000 yen (tax included) per lesson will apply.
If you fail the conversion test from the second attempt onward・・・A fee of 11,000 yen (tax included) per lesson will be charged for each supplementary lesson.
